The Shining Hotel
The Stanley Hotel was used in the classic horror film The Shining. This is a lawn legendary for making a dad go crazy and even leads to his demise.
Well, good news, that deathtrap of a hedge maze (you know, the real villain of the film for dads) has finally been brought into reality. While the maze is a major part of the film along with the hotel, the two were never actually together IRL. However, after years of everyone assuming that there was a real life equivalent on the grounds, in 2015, it finally became so.
To celebrate owning the hotel for 20 years, current owner, John W. Cullen, decided to give the people what they want and had the maze put in. Adding to the already beautiful green estate, this lush greenery is sure to keep any dad busy. Just beware, because “All yard work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
