Portobello mushrooms are basically nature’s steak (well, steak is nature’s steak, but whatever).

So of course it’s delicious to toss one of these meaty bastards on the grill. While your dad rolls his eyes whenever he has to cook for a vegetarian, the one thing he likes about it is that he can place these mushroom discs on the grill and flip them like they’re hamburgers.
