If you’re a daughter, or have a sister, you know that this movie was forced on your family from a very early age. This is because The Princess Bride is a fantastic movie, has Andre the Giant in it, and has that whole Inigo Montoya speech while still being somewhat passable as a “romance movie” or “romantic comedy.”
Like, it kind of is, but really it’s just a “movie that has something for guys and girls” but in dad’s mind, that’s basically a watchable chick flick.
