Eligibility: Limited Edition Red Kettle Grill Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.), at least the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) as of date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Classic Dad (the “Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/20/2017 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/3/2017 (hereafter, “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Entry: There are two (2) ways to enter.

Method #1: Survey Entry: Visit https://theclassicdad.com/webergrillsweeps/ and follow all entry instructions to complete the survey in its entirety and submit (the “Survey Entry”). Survey Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: One (1) Survey Entry per person regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.

Method #2: Mail-in Entry: You may also enter by hand printing your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mailing in a hand-addressed envelope to: Classic Dad, Attn: Legal Dept., 1002 Rio Grande St, Austin, TX 78701. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 11/20/2017 and received no later than 12/03/2017 (the” Mail-in Entry”). ”). Online Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: One (1) Online Entry per person regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.

Limit: Two (2) Total Entries, per person, one (1) via each Entry Method above.

In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
