After the first significant snowfall of the winter, 40-year-old father of two Ken Webers has been spotted shoveling snow to clear his driveway while not even bothering to put on a coat. Webers, who has spent the last thirty minutes outside in 29-degree weather wearing nothing but boots, jeans, and a Grateful Dead t-shirt, has
