Man Using Football To Justify His Day-Drinking Again

As the NFL season gets underway, local dad Brian Sullivan has decided that football gives him the perfect excuse to day drink without too much judgement from his wife or children.

“I mean, the first game starts at one, and then you’ve got the four o’clock games, and watching football without a beer in your hand just feels sacrilegious. So, you know, I guess I have to day drink. Because football.”

Sullivan has also pointed out that, really, Saturdays require some day drinking as well, stating, “You know, what with College Football. Like, you can’t expect me to watch College Football without a cold brew in my hand, right? That’s what I thought.” Sources say when football season ends, Sullivan still has the occasional weekend day beer, but he just has a harder time getting away with it.
