Dad Walking The Dog 4 Times A Day Now
While still working from home, local dad Chris Taper has reportedly begun walking his dog upwards of four times a day as an excuse to leave the house.
Taper, who previously had given his children the chore of dog walking, has been spending more than three hours a day walking his Golden Retriever, Jackson, to the point that the dog has been so tired and disinterested that he has to be carried by the end of the final walk.
“Well, you know, Jackson’s been gaining a little weight lately, so I figured it would be good to give him exercise,” Taper told reporters. “That’s the only reason. It has nothing to do with needing to escape from my family who I’ve been stuck with for three straight months.”
