Dad Now Buying 4 Bags of Charcoal On Every Grocery Run
Through a combination of ensuring he is appropriately “stocked up” as well as a sharp increase in his weekly grilling, local father of three George Walsh has taken to purchasing four bags of charcoal every time he goes on his weekly grocery store run.
“Well, you know, I figure it’s better to be safe than sorry. I know back in March, there was a time that I was out of charcoal, and there was none to be found at the store. That was really a wake up call for me. So now, whenever I get down to one, even two, full, unopened bags of charcoal, I get a bit worried that I’m close to running out.”
Walsh admitted that he “only” purchased three bags last week, but that was due to the fact that it rained heavily a couple days, so he wasn’t able to get quite as much grilling done as he had originally planned, using only two and a half bags of charcoal.
