Local Man Plays 62nd Consecutive Round Of Terrible Golf
Chuck Benson recently extended his 5-year streak of horrible golf when he shot a 124 at the local course, marking the 62nd consecutive round he has performed poorly dating back to 2013.
“It was just 8, 12, 13 and the last few holes,” Benson complained. “Other than that I was close to par, damnit!”
Benson, who often claims that golf relaxes him, came home angry yet again after a disappointing round with a few friends from work. The day included trouble with sand on four different holes, three water hazards, two lost balls and a broken 8-iron that he “doesn’t want to talk about.”
He has already set a tee time for next Saturday.
