Bill Thompson is in peak physical condition, according to himself, thanks to a strict regimen of daily 12-ounce curls.
“Yep, I hit the can or bottle at least four or five hours a day,” he boasted between sips of his beer, motioning to his bicep. “Check out this puppy. Wanna feel it?”
While Thompson has yet to perform a traditional workout this year, he claims his 12-ounce curls have kept him fit and out of the ER. “Not a single heart attack yet! Plus, I bet my blood pressure has gone down since the last time I was at the doctor back in 2002.”
When asked what types of weights he uses, Thompson said “anything except the fancy stuff.”
